Deutsche Extrakt Kaffee GmbH (DEK) specializes in the production of instant coffees and coffee drinks. DEK supplies instant coffee and liquid coffee extracts to the food and beverage industries as well as to retailers.

Deutsche Extrakt Kaffee GmbH (DEK) offers a wide range of instant coffee, liquid coffee extracts and other hot drinks. Great-tasting instant coffee is DEK‘s speciality. The coffee may undergo different drying procedures after it is ground, infused and extracted. It is either spray-dried, agglomerated or freeze-dried.
In each case, DEK ensures that the flavor and high quality are preserved. DEK‘s range also contains classic roast coffees and coffee drinks with milk. These include different kinds of cappuccino, espresso, mocha, Viennese Melange and iced coffee.
DEK also offers liquid coffees from freshly ground roast coffee. They are perfect for premium foods and add a real coffee flavor to milk mix drinks, baked goods and ice cream.
